Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Draft pending owner and legal approval. This page is published so that the terms are publicly reachable, and the wording below must be reviewed and approved by Delegio AI’s owner and legal counsel before it is relied upon as a final agreement.
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of Delegio AI (“Delegio”), an Executive Operating System operated by Delegio AI, Athens, Greece. By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
2. The service
Delegio connects to work systems you explicitly authorise — such as email, calendar and collaboration tools — in order to understand, prioritise and prepare work for you. Delegio assists; you decide. Delegio does not perform consequential external actions, such as sending a message, without your explicit approval.
3. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your sign-in credentials, and for the activity of the members you invite into your workspace. Access to workspace data is limited to active members of that workspace.
4. Connected accounts and authorisation
You may connect and disconnect provider accounts at any time. Delegio requests only the permissions needed for the capabilities you enable, and each external write is bound to one connected account you authorised. Revoking access at the provider, or disconnecting the account in Delegio, ends Delegio’s ability to read or act through it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Delegio to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to circumvent provider terms, to attempt to access data belonging to another workspace, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service.
6. AI-assisted output
Delegio produces briefings, drafts and recommendations with the help of automated reasoning grounded in your connected evidence. Output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing anything before you act on it or send it.
7. Data and privacy
Delegio’s handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Availability and changes
Delegio is under active development. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or provider outages. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using Delegio and request deletion of your workspace data at any time. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms or creates a security or legal risk.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Delegio is provided “as is” without warranties, and Delegio AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Final wording is subject to legal review.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, with the courts of Athens having jurisdiction, subject to legal review.
